Food and drink is also a big part of our Classic Discovery holidays. We aim to include the opportunity to try local food and drink on all our discovery tours, but if this is a particular focus for you we've got some trips specifically designed to include food and drink experiences. From sampling cheeses and wines in Italy to making tamales in Mexico, you'll get to sample all the best cuisine from your destination.
